The Ember Oven is an off-grid baking system developed by InstaFire which has a track record of producing innovative cooking product. The oven sports convection heating and versatile fuel options ranging from canned heat and InstaFire biomass fuel to sticks and twigs or charcoal. After fabricating a prototype, the InstaFire team retained Rocketship to develop the oven further by refining the construction, aesthetics, usability, and mechanical details. The result is a portable oven that lets you bake safely indoors and outdoors completely off-grid.
