After a humble start, it was an exciting leap to move into a shared studio space in Provo’s historic downtown. Continued growth got us looking for a more permanent home. We found the perfect space at 110 south 300 west. We are still in the historic district that we love, but now have room to expand.

Our new studio was built in 1927 and was originally a LDS Seminary building for Provo High School. The high school was re-located in the fifties and replaced with the current Provo City Center buildings, including city hall, the police station and the fire department headquarters. Needless to say, we feel very secure.

The timing couldn’t have been better, nor the space more accommodating. We now have an abundance of windows, more space, and our favorite restaurants within walking distance.

Our Pharmanex® BioPhotonic Scanner was awarded a 2005 American Business Award at the annual American Business Awards ceremony in New York City. It won the award in the Most Innovative Company category for a unique nutritional testing tool developed by Nu Skin Enterprises.

The scanner is the first to use innovative laser technology to non-invasively provides scientific measurement of how a person’s diet and supplementation program is protecting his or her body’s cells and overall nutritional health. By consistently tracking the body, consumers are equipped with the knowledge to maintain a lifestyle and nutrition program that will help boost antioxidant levels and maintain proper nutrition and health. Currently, over 4,000 Scanners are in operation throughout the world and over two million people have been scanned.

Rocketship has been attending the Outdoor Retailer show since 1999, but this is the first year Rocketship has been an exhibitor. The show has been a great meeting place for many of our outdoor industry clients. We hope to continue providing product development service for such an exciting market.
