Invented In Utah (IIU) held the 2009 Annual Finale in conjunction with UVEF. During the finale, the five finalist (Directional Teleprompter, Pressurized Hydration Resevior, Syringe Cap, Troutberry Dough Bait Press & Veritract Smart Feeding Tube) presented their inventions to an audience of more than 125 people. The audience selected the top three winners based on five key factors, including, product usefulness, marketability, manufacturability, innovation and emotive. The top three winners shared more than $65,000 in professional services. Services were donated by Utah’s leading design, product development, marketing, manufacturing, media and IP firms.
